David is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Law [Go Gators!]. A native New Yorker, David met his wife, Ann, more than 50 years ago at Stonybrook University on Long Island. David founded the firm in 1993 and has been practicing law for over 40 years. 

He was thrilled to welcome his daughter, Dara, to the practice in 2016. 

A maestro in the courtroom, David focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation and family law.
